The suction power on this device makes it the best pump you will ever own. It doesn't even need to be turned on to maintain and create suction, I was concerned about the separation of the two parts but I did not notice it at all. Do not think of this as a stroker, you can stroke some but it is not loose like that. It is well made and the design will fit most men large and small. The spinning part, all I can say is sensational. That said, I had a problem with mine and the seller responded quickly and addressed my concerns promptly. They have a great attitude and were even looking for ideas of how to improve the product.
